Cookie Notice

Last updated: 2026-07-07

This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies (local storage, device identifiers) OnsitePDF uses. Where ads are shown to users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, non-essential advertising technologies are loaded only after you give consent through our consent banner; they are never loaded on file-processing or sign-in pages.

Strictly necessary

A signed-in/premium flag and, if you sign in, your session token are stored on your device to keep you logged in and reflect your plan. These are strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for, so they do not require consent.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

When enabled, Google AdSense may set advertising cookies and use device identifiers and your IP to deliver ads, which may be personalized. In the EEA/UK/Switzerland these load only after consent, collected via a Google-certified consent management platform. You can change your choice at any time via the consent controls.

Analytics (Plausible)

Plausible uses no cookies and collects only aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics. It does not store data that identifies you individually.

Error monitoring (Sentry)

Sentry collects technical error diagnostics, aggressively scrubbed of file contents, names, text, emails, user ids, and tokens.

Managing consent

Use the consent banner shown on your first visit to accept or reject non-essential technologies, and reopen the consent controls at any time to change your choice — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
