These terms govern your use of OnsitePDF, operated by DigitalForge S.A.S. By using the site you agree to them. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.

The service

OnsitePDF provides PDF tools that run entirely in your browser. We provide the tools "as is"; you are responsible for keeping copies of your files.

Accounts

You may create an optional account to manage a premium subscription. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions

Premium is an auto-renewing paid subscription that removes ads. Payments are processed by Stripe and entitlements managed by RevenueCat. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for; charges already billed are not refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Disclaimer and liability

OnsitePDF is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use the tools at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your own copies of your files. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalForge S.A.S. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service; and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
